Job profile: Due diligence of property documents, prepare title report, drafting and review of documents, handle property registration. Role & responsibilities: Property Title scrutiny, tracing of title, identifying defects in title, prepare title report etc. Drafting and review of deeds and documents like sale agreements, memorandum of understanding, sale deeds, confirmation deeds, rectification deeds, term sheets, JDA, GPA, letters, affidavits etc. Legal compliance, interaction with external legal consultants to take legal opinion for projects, to handle litigations, resolve issues etc. Interaction with Sub registrar office, handling of registration of all deeds and documents. Co-ordination and interaction with facilitators and land owners for procurement of documents and take clarifications. Co-ordination with internal departments, surveyors, planning team, liaison with government departments etc. Qualification : LLB degree from recognized university in Karnataka and registration as Advocate. Essential criteria: Reading and writing in Kannada language, proficiency in MS office. Required Experience : 5 to 12 years in Real estate industry
