We’re looking for energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell residential plots and flats in and around Tirupati. If you are passionate about real estate, have strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with clients, this is the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through social media, referrals, and field marketing. Conduct site visits and present property details to potential buyers. Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and outdoor). Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with management for advertising, promotions, and events. Requirements:1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / marketing preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer-handling and presentation abilities. Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented. Basic computer and social media marketing knowledge is a plus. Must be comfortable with field work in Tirupati and nearby areas.
