Role & responsibilities To operate Peirce-Smith Converters and to ensure efficient conversion of copper materials Manage hot metal processing procedures, monitoring temperatures and ensuring quality standards Supervise manual operations within the manufacturing plant, guiding staff to maintain safety protocols Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and optimize converter performance Implement quality control measures to uphold product specifications and industry standards Train new staff members on converter operations and safety protocols Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate raw material supply for manufacturing processes Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Copper Manufacturing industry Demonstrated expertise in Peirce-Smith Converter, hot metal processing, and manual operations Technical Skills Expertise in Peirce-Smith Converter operations Proficient in hot metal processing techniques Hands-on experience in manual operations within a manufacturing setting
