Roles and Responsibilities Oversee civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical queries and disputes. Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress against milestones and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including documentation of work performed. Vendors bill processing as per the work order & Prepare the BOQ. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil supervision). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of civil site engineering principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
