The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing financial processes, and providing strategic financial advice. The Finance Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance for the organization. Qualifications Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations Proficiency in financial software, such as MS Excel, accounting systems, and other relevant tools Strategic planning and problem-solving skills to support organizational goals Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage Experience in the hospitality industry or similar domain is preferred Experience with IDS or WinHMS minimum 3 years.
