Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer located in Chennai. The Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting process engineering activities, and providing mechanical engineering support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production data, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Qualifications Expertise in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving Experience in Process Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronatical Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable Proficiency in using engineering software and tools like solidworks, Autocad, PLM, 3D solidworks experience.
