We are looking for a Site Supervisor in Mathura to oversee daily site operations for both interior and exterior works . The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with vendors and workers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring timely progress as per project plans. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site work including painting, tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and construction activities. Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained at all times. Manage and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate inventory records of materials and tools on site. Prepare morning and evening site reports on progress, manpower, and material usage. Understand and interpret architectural and civil drawings to ensure correct execution on-site. Communicate effectively in English for documentation, reporting, and coordination with management. Assist in planning daily targets and ensure timely completion of work stages. Requirements: Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior, or Construction-related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision (hotel, commercial, or residential projects). Good understanding of interior and exterior finishing works. Ability to handle vendors and labour teams efficiently. Must be proficient in reading drawings and reporting in English. Strong communication and leadership skills.
