What you’ll do A Physiotherapist is a healthcare professional who helps people with physical impairments or disabilities to improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. They use a variety of treatments, including exercise, massage, and manual therapy, to help patients reach their goals. Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Charity organisation based in Trichy. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 year of experience in physiotherapy and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and mobility. The role involves providing physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and care to patients with various conditions, ensuring effective rehabilitation and recovery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions. Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans. Administer various physiotherapy techniques, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy. Educate patients on posture, exercises, and self-management techniques to support recovery. Track and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Physiotherapist. Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
