Job Overview The Marketing Executive/Manager will drive the full spectrum of marketing and business development for the EPC-based MEP company as well as the panel manufacturing unit under Grace Group. The role requires strategic planning, lead generation, and the execution of marketing initiatives to expand market reach, enhance customer engagement, and support growth across all service lines. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for EPC (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC) contracting and electrical panel product lines (LT Panel, MCC, APFC, PLC, Control Panels, etc.). Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments, including turnkey projects and products. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with project teams, design, and technical departments to support tendering and proposal processes. Manage promotional campaigns, branding, and digital marketing activities including content creation for the website and social media platforms. Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services and panels. Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback; provide regular market intelligence reports. Collaborate with channel partners such as Schneider, Havells, Polycab, ABB, L&T, and others for joint marketing initiatives. Prepare presentations, sales pitches, project documentation, and marketing collateral. Achieve sales and marketing targets as set by senior management. Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and suggestions for product/service improvements. Desired Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years’ experience in marketing of EPC projects, MEP services, electrical contracting, or industrial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in B2B business development, technical sales, and client acquisition. Good understanding of electrical panels, turnkey contracting, and MEP solutions. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic MS Office. Willingness to travel and meet clients across project locations in India.
