Job Title - PLC Programmer Experience - 4-5 years in Automation Field Robotic Cells - MIG, Spot, Handling/SPM/Automated Assembly Lines Responsibilities - 1. Knowledge of E-PLAN/AUTOCAD 2. Awareness of Control panel wiring design & Processing. 3. Hardware used in PLC packages. 4. PLC Programming of Allen Bradley (Micro/Comp. Logic), Siemens (57-3.00, 1200, 1500), Mitsubishi (Q and above) & Delta Make. 5. SCADA Programming. 6. HMI programming-Mitsubishi/ Renu/Delta/ Siemens etc. 7. In-house trials & Onsite installation, Hands on experience on: 1. Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems. 2. Integration with Following devices. Printer/Barcode reader/scanner/marking M/C/laser marking./proxy/laser sensors/light curtains etc. 3. Motors/Indexers - AC/DC/Servo/Induction/Drives. 4. Installation & Commissioning of Robotics systems. 5. Integration of Robots, additional axis, spot guns, MIG power resource. 6. Defining DI/DO & IO mapping 7.
