Members also contribute to forming critical IP legislation in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Bengaluru. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice on intellectual property matters, drafting and filing patent applications, managing litigation and opposition proceedings, conducting research and analysis on IP law developments, and advising clients on IP strategy and portfolio management. The role also involves liaising with international patent offices and handling diverse technology domains and industries. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting and prosecution of patent applications Strong research and analysis skills in IP law is a plus Expertise in advising clients on IP strategy and portfolio management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in handling foreign patent filings is a plus
