Key Responsibilities Manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups for the CEO. Coordinate across teams, vendors, and global buyers. Track ongoing projects, production, and shipment deadlines. Prepare reports and ensure smooth documentation flow. Transition into leading operations: managing staff, vendors, and export logistics. Build and improve systems for operational efficiency. Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or business coordination. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
