Kronos Functional - Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a Technical Consultant in the Advisory Acceleration Centre, you will be responsible for creating solutions to meet interfacing requirements for various UKG customers in the Cloud environment. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of HCM/WFM products and Dell Boomi integration to develop customized solutions. You will work remotely to implement and support UKG customers, collaborating closely with onsite teams and clients to ensure successful integration implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the defined methodology to provide solutions for interfaces. - Understand customer requirements and prepare design documents accordingly. - Code, test, and deploy interfaces, providing support for User Acceptance Testing. - Deploy and release solutions to production environments as needed. - Upgrade existing UKG customers to the new UKG Dimensions platform, ensuring a smooth transition. - Be flexible in taking calls with clients in the evening and support major releases during US business hours. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. - 10+ years of industry experience. - Dell Boomi Atmosphere Certified Process Developer 1 or 2 (preferred). - Experience with SQL relational database management systems and SQL scripting. - Experience creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications. - Experience with Data Hub (preferred) and domain knowledge of HCM/WFM. - Proficiency in designing, building, testing, deploying, and scheduling integration processes involving third-party systems. - Hands-on experience with Boomi Atmosphere integration platform, Workforce Integration Manager, or similar tools. - Familiarity with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations. - Experience working with Flat File, JSON, XML, and EDI Profiles. - Preferred knowledge of Java/Groovy scripting and Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, and web service design. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with good customer interfacing abilities.,
