We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to execute our digital and sales strategy, support marketing initiatives, and drive brand performance online. Sales Strategies You Will Support and Execute * Optimize online presence by ensuring the website is user-friendly, attractive, and fully functional * Utilize web design, SEO, and analytics tools to improve online performance and customer experience * Implement personalized shopping experiences through AI-powered tools, quizzes, and virtual consultations * Assist in launching and managing flexible subscription models tailored to customer preferences * Support partnerships with micro-influencers and beauty creators to expand reach and customer engagement Marketing Strategies You Will Help Implement * Manage social media presence across platforms like Instagram and YouTube to showcase products, share tutorials, and foster customer interaction * Contribute to content marketing efforts including writing blog posts, producing videos, and developing educational materials for the audience * Assist in email marketing campaigns by helping build mailing lists, segmenting the audience, and sending personalized emails with exclusive offers and product recommendations * Help execute targeted paid campaigns using Google Search Ads and Social Media Ads to capture demand from customers actively searching for beauty and personal care products Trends You Will Leverage and Work Around * Highlight the brand’s sustainability efforts, use of clean ingredients, and transparent sourcing practices to resonate with environmentally conscious consumers * Clearly communicate and label product ingredients to build trust and reinforce our commitment to transparency * Plan and support live shopping events including product demonstrations and Q\&A sessions to boost engagement and urgency * Promote skinimalism by helping develop and market multi-purpose products that simplify skincare routines and reduce waste Action Plan You Will Contribute To 1. Help define and refine our target audience and communicate our value proposition across channels 2. Strengthen our online presence through the website, social media platforms, and online marketplaces 3. Apply SEO tactics, email campaigns, and paid advertising strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase sales 4. Assist in creating engaging content and establishing meaningful influencer collaborations 5.
