Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from job postings to screening, interviewing, and hiring in sync with departmental growth requirements. Streamline on boarding processes prepare offer letters, organize joining formalities, conduct inductions. Act as a point of contact for employee queries across HR policies, attendance, and benefits. Drive employee engagement initiatives such as team events, feedback sessions, and wellness programs to sustain a positive, inclusive culture. Support performance review cycles coordinate forms, timelines, and feedback processes. Maintain accurate HR records, Assist with payroll and attendance systems in collaboration with seniors.
