Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and testing electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) with precision and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Solder electronic components (through-hole and surface mount) onto PCBs accurately and efficiently. Inspect soldered joints to ensure quality and reliability. Test and troubleshoot assembled circuits for proper functionality. Follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure compliance with safety standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions. Report defects or malfunctions and assist in resolving production issues. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in Electronics is preferred. Proven experience in soldering electronic components. Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and PCB layouts. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Knowledge of soldering techniques (SMT, THT) and tools. Basic knowledge of electronic testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope) is a plus. Good teamwork and communication skills. Working Conditions: Work in a manufacturing/assembly environment. May require standing for extended periods and handling small electronic components.
