Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Visual Arts Facilitator to join our IB School team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inquiry-based visual arts lessons aligned with the IB curriculum framework (PYP, MYP, or DP as applicable). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate and concept-driven visual arts lessons. Foster creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression among students. Integrate art with transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary units of inquiry. Maintain an organized, inspiring, and safe art learning environment. Guide students in creating portfolios and preparing artwork for exhibitions. Collaborate with other educators and participate in professional development and curriculum planning. Assess and document student learning in alignment with IB standards and practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Arts or a related field. Prior experience teaching visual arts, preferably in an IB setting. Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and curriculum framework. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
