About the Role: We are looking for qualified and dedicated nurses to provide home-based patient care services. Whether you're seeking a full-time role, a part-time opportunity, or flexible on-call shifts, we have options for you. Work will be assigned based on patient needs and your proximity, so you can work closer to home. Key Responsibilities: Administer nursing procedures such as: Vitals monitoring Injections Wound dressing Catheter/Ryles tube insertion and maintenance IV line support Post-discharge care and recovery assistance Elderly care and chronic illness management Newborn and postpartum (mother) care Maintain detailed patient care logs and follow hygiene protocols Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients and families Who Can Apply: GNM / ANM / BSc Nursing graduates Must have valid registration with Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC) Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or home healthcare setting (preferred) Basic smartphone literacy (for app-based task management) Willing to travel within 5 - 8 km of your home location Compensation: Per Visit Pay: 250 - 300 based on type of service provided
