Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Krishna Minerals Location: Bhuj, Gujarat (Field and office-based work) Industry: Minerals & Mining (Kaolin Clay) Employment Type: Full-Time About Krishna Minerals: Krishna Minerals is a leading producer of high-quality Kaolin clay from Bhuj, Gujarat. We serve industries such as paints, paper, ceramics, rubber, fiberglass, and construction materials across India. We are committed to delivering consistent quality, timely delivery, and customized mineral solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the minerals industry, especially Kaolin clay . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the market presence of Krishna Minerals in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers in India and abroad for Kaolin clay and related products Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients (paint, paper, ceramic, fiberglass, etc.) Conduct market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity Generate leads through online platforms, trade fairs, cold calls, and industrial directories Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions Prepare sales reports and present performance to management on a regular basis Travel to client sites, exhibitions, and industrial areas as required Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Geology, or Mineral Engineering (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the minerals or chemical industry Good knowledge of Kaolin clay applications and market segments Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to travel across regions and represent the company professionally Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics is a plus Fluency in English , Hindi, and Gujarati preferred Compensation: Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + incentive-based structure) Incentives: Performance-based commissions Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and other perks Show more Show less
