Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our team. The Field Executive will be responsible for executing field operations, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing and operational activities in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to clients, dealers, or target locations as per assigned routes. Promote and support company products/services at the ground level. Generate leads and assist in business development efforts. Collect market feedback, customer data, and competitor information. Ensure timely reporting of field activities to the reporting manager. Maintain good relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Support team members in operational activities when required. Achieve individual and team targets as set by management. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: High School / Graduate (preferably in any discipline). Prior experience in sales, marketing, or field operations is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with the Faridabad & Bawal regions is an advantage. Other Details: Travel required within the assigned area.
