Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. - Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for. 2. Financial Statement Preparation: - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and comply with accounting standards. 3. Financial Analysis: - Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management. - Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements. 4. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations. 5. GST Finalization: - Prepare and finalize GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual GST returns. - Ensure accurate calculation and payment of GST. 6. TDS Return Finalization: - Prepare and finalize TDS returns, including Form 16 and Form 24Q. - Ensure accurate calculation and deposit of TDS. 7. Audit Support: - Provide documentation and support as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
