We are now hiring a Sales Associate in Kanpur to grow our member base through active cold calling and lead conversion . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided leads. Understand customer fitness needs and pitch appropriate Cult.fit membership packages . Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Assist walk-in prospects at the center and provide membership information. Collaborate with the center team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members. Handle basic objections and resolve queries professionally. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar role (fitness/gym industry is a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections. Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Proficient in Hindi and English. Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus. High energy and passion for fitness and customer service.
