About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. This role will primarily focus on building our online presence, managing communications, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Increase Followers & Connections Grow our presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels by creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and expanding our network. Build & Manage Email Lists Assist in compiling and growing a targeted email list for marketing campaigns. WhatsApp Communication Handle WhatsApp messaging campaigns, including sending updates, offers, and following up with prospects. Social Media Handling Schedule and post content across social platforms. Engage with comments, likes, and shares to build community interaction. Monitor and report engagement metrics. Telephonic Lead Follow-up Call prospects to qualify leads, understand their needs, and guide them towards the sales team. Meeting Coordination & Demo Scheduling Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings and product demos with potential clients. Client Communication & Project Updates Share regular updates with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls regarding project progress, timelines, and feedback. Content Writing & Communication Create clear, professional content for posts, emails, and messages. Ensure high-quality communication in both written and spoken English. Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English). Basic understanding of social media platforms. Confidence in making calls and handling client communication. Proactive approach and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively. Familiarity with email marketing tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Identify potential clients through research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation platforms. Promote and pitch our web development, eCommerce, and digital marketing services to businesses. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to offer suitable solutions. Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the technical/project team. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups until closure. Keep records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reporting using CRM tools. Key Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of digital services: SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website & eCommerce development Confidence in client interactions, especially with decision-makers Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented Knowledge of B2B sales and consultative selling approach Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Key Responsibilities:Design creative graphics for social media posts, websites, digital ads, and marketing campaigns. Assist in creating brand identities, logos, and visual guidelines. Develop layouts, banners, infographics, and promotional materials. Support web and UI/UX design projects under supervision. Work closely with the marketing and development team to brainstorm and deliver design concepts. Adapt and resize graphics for different platforms and formats. Stay updated with current design trends and tools.
