This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern (non-paid) located in Kozhikode. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR activities, supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and providing support in various HR-related tasks and projects. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including knowledge of HR policies and their implementation. Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required for this position.,
