Job Title: Plant Manager (Operations) Organization Name: Kremoint Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Job Description / Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee all daily manufacturing, production, and distribution activities. Plan and coordinate production schedules to align with customer demand and plant capacity. Optimize production processes to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and maximize output. Manage material replenishment and inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely shipments. Safety and Quality Assurance Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety protocols ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure all products meet required standards and customer specifications. Maintain documentation and quality records for operational processes. Engage plant teams in continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Financial Management & Cost Control Develop and manage operating and capital budgets. Monitor costs and analyze expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary goals. Identify cost-reduction opportunities and track performance against key financial metrics. Manage spending in alignment with production volume changes. Maintenance and Engineering Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, buildings, and plant facilities. Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements, plant expansion, and equipment upgrades. Leadership and Human Resources Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and motivation to plant teams and supervisors. Manage HR aspects including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture and address employee issues promptly. Set and monitor performance goals and KPIs for the plant operations team. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 7 - 10+ years in plant operations, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plant machinery, quality systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams. Strategic & Operational: Experience developing and executing operational strategies and managing budgets. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset and ability to implement process improvements. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Capable of managing change and working effectively in a dynamic environment. Organization: Strong planning and multitasking abilities. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy , Chemical/Industrial Engineering , or a related scientific discipline. Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance are essential. Compensation: Salary: As per candidate profile and experience.
