As an Assistant Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights to develop effective go-to-market strategies. You will be tasked with creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns and activations to drive brand awareness and engagement. Collaboration with the marketing team on various brand initiatives will be a key aspect of your role. You will lead the creative development process to inspire the target audience to take action. Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI, and managing brand budgets will also be part of your responsibilities. In this position, you will be expected to stay updated on market trends, consumer research, and competitors" activities to inform strategic decision-making. Your role will involve overseeing both new and existing marketing and advertising efforts, including media planning across different channels such as ATL, digital, and brand ambassador collaborations. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of current marketing trends, particularly in consumer markets, and have experience with promotional strategies tailored to different customer segments. Previous experience in the FMCD/FMCG/Automotive sector and a demonstrated track record in branding and communication activities are highly desirable. Proficiency in digital marketing practices and a history of successful brand lead TVCs with celebrity endorsements will be advantageous.
