Note: Required Architects or Interior designers worked under Architects only (3 years+Exp) Kotagi Interiors is looking for a Senior Architect to join our team in Bagalkot. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead design development and oversee projects from concept through execution. Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and client presentations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Supervise site execution, quality standards, and timelines. Guide junior architects/designers and review their work. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or any degree Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architecture and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software. Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
