Korean Language Specialist Customer Support

The Korean Language Specialist role is a 2-month contract position based in Pune. As a Language Specialist Customer Support for our esteemed client, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels such as chat, email, phone, and CRM. Your primary tasks will include troubleshooting customer concerns, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving customer issues with a solution-oriented approach. You will work independently, leveraging tools and knowledge management to ensure high customer experience standards are maintained. To excel in this role, you must be fluent in the Korean language and have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a contact center, operations, or voice process. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas). Flexibility to work on Saturdays and in a 24/5 support environment is required. Any experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Quote to Cash processes will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate for this position will be knowledgeable across the client's entire portfolio of hardware, software, and services. You will be expected to make complex information accessible to customers and ensure that each interaction with the client is positive.
