We’re seeking a skilled 3D Artist with hyper-realistic rendering expertise to produce high-quality product visuals for marketing, e-commerce, and promotional use. In addition to creating assets, this role will manage a small team of 3D renderers, providing direction, reviewing work, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Model and render photorealistic product images (white background, lifestyle scenes, styled visuals). Oversee a team of 3D renderers, approve work, and ensure consistency across projects. Review lighting, textures, and details for accuracy and visual appeal. Collaborate with the design team, follow creative direction, and complete multiple rounds of edits. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets. Requirements: Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering (portfolio required). Proficiency in software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar. Skilled in rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Octane. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small creative team. Attention to detail, adaptability to feedback, and clear communication in English. Nice to Have: Experience with lifestyle product rendering. Familiarity with e-commerce image standards.
