As an Administrative Assistant at Angels for Animals in Corjuem near Aldona, Goa, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of our renowned treatment center dedicated to the welfare of animals. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks such as paperwork, filing, and documentation. You will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries of medical and food supplies. Additionally, you will address minor electrical and operational issues, managing repairs as needed. In this role, you will also be tasked with managing bank-related tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and notarization work. You will assist in coordinating between the accountant and legal teams, following up on pending tasks, inquiries, and paperwork to ensure timely completion. Moreover, you will be responsible for inventory and stock maintenance, including register upkeep and ensuring adequate supplies are available at all times. To be successful in this position, you must be a Goa-based applicant with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani (both written and spoken). A minimum graduate degree is required, with a preference for BCom or BA qualifications. Knowledge of computers, including basic accounting, Excel, and Word, is essential for this role. This opportunity is ideal for young, fresh graduates who are passionate about animal welfare. Please note that applicants must be based in Goa, as no relocation assistance is available.
