Department: Sales Office Locations: Badlapur and Raigad in Maharashtra (Required candidates from - Badlapur, Vangani, Ambernath, Kalyan, Titwala, Thane, Bhiwandi, Ulhasnagar, Panvel, Ulhasnagar, Dombivali, Navi Mumbai - for Badlapur office Raigad, Mahad, Mangaon, Roha, Pali, Alibag, Pen, Khopoli, Karjat, Panvel - for Raigad office) Reports to: Sales Manager / TL Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team. The Field Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales by conducting face-to-face meetings, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products or services. Key Responsibilities: · Visit potential and existing customers in the field to present company products or services. · Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. · Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business. · Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs. · Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals. · Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management. · Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback. · Collaborate with internal teams · Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Skills: · Knowledge of the industry and market trends. · Multilingual abilities (if applicable). · Experience with B2B and/or B2C sales.
