Material Planning Lead Faridabad 10 - 11 years INR 0.9 - 1.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Expertise in Import and Domestic Raw Material Planning. Strong understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials). Knowledge of Exim policies, customs regulations, overseas documentation, and freight cost calculations. Experience in GIT (Goods in Transit) monitoring and reconciliation. Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders and transporters effectively. Capable of handling overseas and domestic suppliers independently. Well-versed in inventory control and DOH (Days on Hand) management. Proficient in leading ECN (Engineering Change Notice) related activities. Skilled in managing slow-moving parts inventory. Experience in supplier management, especially OTD (On-Time Delivery) and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics. Familiar with supplier packaging, bin and pallet management. Ability to lead cost-saving initiatives in logistics. Experienced in handling IATF/ISO/TS audits. Knowledge of managing shelf life parts inventory and raw material planning. Capable of managing job work supplier processes and inventory reconciliation. Involved in green supply chain initiatives. Able to reconcile freight costs efficiently. Exposure to handling 2000+ BOP (Bought-Out Parts). Experience in managing inter-company and trading business cases. Qualifications: Minimum 10 -11 years of experience in material planning across Import, Export, and Domestic operations. Education: B.Tech or MBA in Material Management. IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate level). 5+ years of experience in SAP MM module. Familiar with Tally. Preferred candidate profile Soft Skills: Strong communication skills. Proven team player. Ability to align with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. High sense of accountability and ownership.

Supplier Quality Development /Specialist faridabad 8 - 10 years INR 10.0 - 14.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

1. Main Objectives To manage the regional team and to act as responsible Supplier Quality Development Engineer within assigned categories. Manage your department according to corporate strategies, rules and targets (defined in yearly STP - Strategic Plan) in such a way that objectives are reached. Develop and coordinate the category SQD resources and utilize their competence to secure continuous improvements in the quality performance from the supplier base. To support and manage the Regional Category SQD Engineers to ensure that all Category SQD related activities are handled according the KA purchasing processes and to the agreement between suppliers, Category Buyers and Category SQD team. To complete escalated pro-active and re-active quality assurance activities as dictated by the needs of the business. Ensure a Supplier Quality Development process that meets the customer specific requirements, to the latest version of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 compliance which is maintained in the Kongsberg Automotive Supplier Quality Manual. 2. Area of Responsibility Operational responsibility for Category SQD within assigned Region To prompt and to develop the purchasing organization to increased interest in matters concerning Supplier Quality. To carry out system and/or process audits at the suppliers with reference to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Customer Specific requirements and ISO 14001. 4. Personal Tasks Report to the Supplier Quality Development - Corporate role when major issues occur. Supervise claim handling process, specifically in escalation cases (Quality related level 3 escalations) Support Business Segment Supplier Quality organisation in issues related to quality aspects concerning supplied parts when escalated. Follow up the supplier quality status in the supplier panel management process. Prioritize, execute and make sure that planned audits are carried out, reported and follow up according to the audit process and the yearly audit plan as well as dedicated actions are closed in time. To carry out or support Category SQD Engineers with process and/or system audits. 5. Main Challenges Improve the Quality performance of the supplier base within assigned region. Enhance Supplier Quality Development activities. Assess, audit and assure the quality performance of preferred suppliers. To work actively together with Category Buyers, Engineering and our suppliers to prevent future problems and misunderstandings. Languages: Have a good command of written and spoken English. Preferred candidate profile A minimum of 8 -10 years experience in engineering or quality. Preferably with a minimum of 5 years experience within the automotive industry (Tier 1).
