Kong Analytics Architect

As a Kong Analytics Architect, you will leverage your extensive experience of over 12 years in API architecture to create solution designs and API specs. Your proficiency in working with diverse API management platforms, especially Kong and APIGEE, will be crucial for this role. Additionally, your hands-on experience with AWS cloud and deployment using Kubernetes will be highly beneficial. One of your key responsibilities will be to migrate APIs from APIGEE to Kong seamlessly. Your knowledge of API design standards, patterns, and best practices will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions you design. Moreover, your expertise in API security standards such as Oauth and OpenId will be essential for implementing robust security measures. You will also be expected to have experience with automated unit testing, build, and deployment tools like JUnit, Sonarqube, Selenium, Maven, and Jenkins. Your ability to estimate project timelines using standard techniques like use case point, functional point, work breakdown, or story point will be crucial for project planning and execution. Furthermore, you should possess industry benchmark certifications such as AWS Certified Architect or any relevant company-specific architect certification. Your contributions to technology through whitepapers, blogs, or other publications will be highly valued. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain complex cloud-based solutions using API management technologies. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs, developing technical architectures aligned with business goals, and ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability of solutions will be part of your responsibilities.
