Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising & Campaign Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Fundraising & Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders, and strategizing outreach efforts to maximize support for the foundation. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed project proposals, monitoring campaign success, leading project teams, and conducting regular reports on fundraising metrics. This role demands proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead effective campaign initiatives that align with the organization's mission. Qualifications Strong skills in Campaign Management, Campaigns, and experience in organizing and executing impactful campaigns. Proficiency in Communication and the ability to engage effectively with donors, stakeholders, and team members. Project Management experience, including the capacity to lead teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Background in Sales and fundraising strategies with a focus on achieving financial and outreach goals. Demonstrated passion for environmental sustainability, social impact, and community development. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working with non-profit organizations or similar initiatives is a strong advantage. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and stakeholders.

Role Overview: We're seeking 5 passionate Coordinators of Volunteers to lead and grow our team. You'll make Teynampet the heartbeat of KONAKIND, overseeing operations, engagement, and growth for volunteers everywhere. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and conduct weekly meetings every Monday & Friday evenings (virtual/in-person at Teynampet). - Lead awareness programs and inductions for new & existing volunteers. - Hire and onboard a Volunteers Lead to manage day-to-day volunteer activities. - Foster community engagement, rural dev projects, and nationwide social impact initiatives. - Ensure smooth virtual & in-person coordination from Teynampet base.
