Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of distillation columns, including monitoring temperature, pressure, and flow rates. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking equipment integrity, and inspecting pipes for leaks. Troubleshoot issues with column operations and take corrective action to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other shift engineers to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of work performed during each shift. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing industry or related field (B.Tech/B.E. Chemical or Diploma Chemical). Strong understanding of distillation process plant operations and PLC operation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
