Key Responsibilities Lead microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process, and finished products. Establish and monitor laboratory protocols, hygiene practices, and contamination control measures. Train and supervise junior lab staff in microbiological techniques. Oversee validation and verification of cleaning, sanitation, and CIP processes. Support audits and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Collaborate with production to troubleshoot microbiological issues and prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring the traceability of all lab findings. Qualifications Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Science (PhD preferred). 4–7 years of experience in the food/beverage/FMCG industry with proven lab leadership. Strong knowledge of microbial contamination control in beverages. Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and audit-handling skills.
