Job Summary Kohinoor College is seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the daily operations of the college store. The ideal candidate will oversee store supervision, maintain accurate inventory records, handle the purchase and issue of materials, and prepare weekly and monthly stock reports. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Supervision Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the store. Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of materials. Monitor stock movement and prevent misuse or wastage. Coordinate with departments for timely material issuance. 2. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels through periodic checks and updates. Label, categorize, and arrange items systematically for easy access. Track incoming and outgoing materials to ensure proper documentation. Assist in periodic physical stock audits. 3. Daily Records & Documentation Maintain daily records of purchases, receipts, and issued materials. Record all transactions in the store ledger or software. Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all stock entries. 4. Reporting Prepare and submit weekly and monthly inventory reports. Highlight stock shortages, slow-moving items, and purchase requirements. Coordinate with the admin/purchase department for procurement planning. Requirements Minimum HSC or Diploma; certification in Store Management or Inventory Control is a plus. Proven experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in an educational institution. Good knowledge of inventory systems and basic accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel and record-keeping. Strong organizational and communication skills.
