As an Assistant Merchandiser at Gokyo Outdoor Apparel and Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd., you will be a crucial part of our fast-paced merchandising team. Your responsibilities will include supporting product development, managing vendor communication, tracking production timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Working closely with design, sourcing, and production, you will contribute to delivering collections that resonate with our brand ethos and meet market demand. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers to manage sampling and production timelines, assisting in developing product ranges aligned with market trends and sales insights, monitoring inventory levels, supporting merchandising strategies, ensuring product quality standards, and timely delivery. Additionally, you will maintain documentation and reports for internal and vendor communication. To be successful in this role, you should hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in export or fashion merchandising, preferably from a textile or knitwear background. Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools. A high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment will be advantageous.
