Position Summary: As an Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) at Knimbus, you will own the full sales cycle. Your focus will be on generating leads through calling, nurturing prospects through consultative engagement, conducting demos, and ensuring high demo-to-deal conversions. You’ll also be expected to build strong relationships, identify key decision-makers, and think strategically to close institutional deals. --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach: · Initiate outbound cold calls to educational institutions, colleges, universities, and libraries. · Qualify prospects based on their needs, decision-making capacity, and budget. · Build rapport, introduce Knimbus offerings, and generate interest for further engagement. 🔹 Relationship Building & Decision Maker Identification: · Build and maintain trust-based relationships with potential clients. · Identify and influence the right point of contact (POC) or decision-maker at each institution. · Understand institutional hierarchies and tailor communication accordingly. 🔹 Demo Scheduling & Delivery: · Coordinate and schedule product demos, ensuring all stakeholders are involved. · Deliver product demos that are insightful, relevant, and outcome-focused. · Handle product-related queries and provide consultative inputs. 🔹 Product Demonstration: · Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs. · Clearly communicate the value proposition of Knimbus digital library solutions. · Address queries and overcome objections during demos. 🔹 CRM Management: · Maintain accurate and timely records in Zoho CRM, including call logs, opportunity stages, and demo outcomes. · Ensure no leakage or delay in updating pipeline status. 🔹 Follow-Up & Proposal Stage: · Perform structured follow-ups post-demo to address questions and move prospects to closure. · Share proposals, initiate free trials, or collaborate with AVP Sales for deal support. · Track movement through sales funnel to closure. 🔹 Travel Flexibility: · Be available for occasional local travel to visit institutions for relationship building or demo sessions. --- Requirements: · 3–5 years in inside sales or business development (preferably in EdTech or SaaS) · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Proficiency in Marathi & Hindi, any other language besides this will be a plus. · Fluent in English is a must. · Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers · Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) · Entrepreneurial attitude with creativity in outreach and engagement · Willingness to travel locally if required · Target-driven and self-motivated professional · Based out in Pune, Mumbai or Ahmedabad will be a plus.
