In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behavior and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting. This is a remote position.
