Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our ice cream parlour. The ideal person should have hands-on experience in preparing milkshakes and making waffle cones, while also providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of milkshakes as per recipes and customer preferences. Make fresh and crispy waffle cones using the waffle maker. Serve ice cream, sundaes, and other items in a clean and attractive manner. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area and equipment. Handle customer orders and payments courteously. Restock ingredients and maintain proper storage of perishables. Requirements: Prior experience in ice cream parlour or beverage shop preferred. Basic knowledge of milkshake and waffle preparation. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Neat, punctual, and quick learner. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.
