Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers in assigned campaigns. Generate interest and qualify leads as per campaign requirements. Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/records regularly. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and quality standards. Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy. Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines at all times. Qualifications Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Good communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus). Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call handling tools. Prior telecalling / BPO experience preferred, but freshers are welcome. Compensation Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & performance).
