Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Associate – Sales and Operations to support business growth and ensure smooth coordination across teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage operations while meeting monthly sales and performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Account Management: Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services. Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to align on tasks, deadlines, and goals. Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure on-time execution. Facilitate smooth communication between departments. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify potential clients through outreach, networking, and referrals. Share company offerings and close deals through effective communication. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to revenue growth. Target Achievement & Reporting: Meet defined monthly and quarterly sales and operational targets. Prepare and maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports. Share regular updates and insights with senior management. Operational Oversight: Ensure project timelines and service commitments are met. Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements. Support planning and execution of daily business functions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales and operations role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, basic reporting, and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing client accounts and internal operations. Strong negotiation and coordination skills. Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
