The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in general administration and office management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management Manage housekeeping, security, and office maintenance services Coordinate courier and vendor management Handle stationery, inventory, and purchase requirements Support HR & Admin team in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements Maintain records of office assets, insurance, and compliance-related documentation Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational support Assist in handling petty cash and expense tracking Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline 25 years of proven experience in administration roles Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle routine admin operations independently Candidates residing nearby preferred Male candidates preferred due to field movement and extended shift support requirements
