*About Us- We are a leading automobile service center specializing in Force Motors and multi-brand vehicle servicing. Our focus is on delivering quality service, customer satisfaction, and efficient workshop management. * Requirements- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Force Motors / Multi-brand workshop experience will be an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automobile servicing and spare parts. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving ability. Service Advisor in Force motors & Multi Brand Car Workshop. *Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the workshop. Understand customer concerns and accurately record service requirements. Prepare job cards and explain repair/service estimates to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Provide regular updates to customers about vehicle status. Ensure proper billing and explain invoices clearly to customers. Maintain customer relationship and handle queries/complaints effectively. Promote workshop services, value-added products. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
