Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing expert assistance to customers, addressing queries, and analyzing system errors. The Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the support process. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical problems Experience in Customer Support with a focus on Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications in technical or support fields are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
