This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly coordinate between inventory, sales, and customer support to ensure smooth operations. The position also involves contributing to business development for our key product lines in safety. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, an eye for detail, and the drive to eventually grow into a Unit Head role. Key Responsibilities Coordinate between inventory, sales, and customer support to ensure: Shipments are dispatched on time. Products are ordered and stocked without delays. Monitor stock levels and liaise with logistics to prevent bottlenecks. Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers using advanced Excel skills . Handle day-to-day communication with internal teams and customers. Support business development initiatives for Safety products. Work with cross-functional teams, often managing situations with colleagues of diverse personalities and seniority levels. Contribute to process improvements and ensure a culture of accountability and performance. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, coordination, or a similar role. Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal as its a completely client facing role. Good speaking skills in Hindi also preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Office tools. Strong interpersonal skills – able to manage relationships with colleagues and customers effectively. Ambition to grow into a leadership role with increasing responsibilities. Must have been exposed to a competitive, high-performance environment.
