Job Title: Kitchen Helper / Assistant (BBQ Kitchen)

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Assistant to join our BBQ kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of spices and a strong willingness to learn. You will support the chef with food preparation, marination, cleaning, and general kitchen tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in marinating chicken with spices
• Help with grilling preparation and other kitchen duties
• Wash and clean utensils, equipment, and work areas
• Organize ingredients and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow hygiene and safety standards
• Support the chef and kitchen team as needed

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of spices and kitchen work
• Previous experience (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work long hours and as part of a team

Job Timings:
11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (1-hour break)
