Outreach, Telecalling & Communication • Call international prospects via WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, or direct phone. • Send introductory messages, company profile, product catalog. • Do follow-up calls and maintain professional communication. • Handle inquiries and discuss basic pricing, MOQ, and product details C. Email & Messaging Communication • Write professional emails for: • Cold outreach • Follow-ups • Sample requests • Quotations • Handle WhatsApp Business communication. D. Reporting • Daily report of buyers contacted, responses, and progress. 2. Skills Required • Strong English communication (verbal + written) • Good internet research skills • Comfortable calling international numbers / WhatsApp calling • Knowledge of export documentation (basic preferred) • Ability to work independently • Familiar with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
