The CNC Machine Shop Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CNC machine shop, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and a safe working environment. Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the CNC machine shop team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. 2. Production Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities, including job prioritization, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. 3. CNC Machine Operation and Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and quality. 4. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and company policies. 5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, complying with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. 6. Experience in conducting Supplier Process and Product audit as per plan 5.Hands on Experience of Problem solving methods 8D and CAPA reports. 6.Knowledge of SPC, Gauge R and R, PPAP. 7.Customer complaints handling and response to customer concerns. 8.Co-ordinate with other departments to upgrade the vendors and improve their skills. 9.Continuous Improvement of existing process and the Development of new components. 10. Candidate should be able to handle around 20 manpower.
